Because our primary service is providing jewelry that you can customize exactly as per your requirements, our refund policy is designed to reflect the personalized nature of this creative process. When you place an order for a customized item, our artisans begin sourcing specific materials and dedicating hours of manual labor to bring your unique vision to life. Consequently, once a customized order has entered the production phase or has been delivered according to your specifications, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges based on a change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect information provided during the ordering process.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all customization details, including exact color shades, wrist measurements for bangles and chudhas, and design preferences, are communicated accurately at the time of purchase. We cannot provide refunds for items that do not fit due to incorrect sizing provided by the buyer or for slight color variations that may occur between digital screens and physical threads. We encourage our customers to double-check all measurements and reach out to our support team with any questions before finalizing an order to ensure the end result meets their expectations perfectly.
However, we are committed to ensuring that your experience with Shringar Sakhi is a positive one, and we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or is physically damaged during the shipping process, we will take the necessary steps to rectify the situation. To be eligible for a resolution in these rare cases, you must provide a mandatory unboxing video within twenty-four hours of receiving the package. This video must be continuous, unedited, and clearly show the opening of the sealed courier bag and the condition of the jewelry inside. This documentation is essential for us to verify that the damage occurred prior to the item being in your possession.
In the event that a genuine defect or damage is verified through the unboxing video, Shringar Sakhi will offer to repair the item or provide a replacement of the same design at no additional cost to you. Refunds are only issued in the exceptional circumstance that we are unable to provide a replacement or repair for a defective product. If a refund is approved by our management, it will be processed back to the original payment method within a standard window of seven to ten business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. By purchasing from Shringar Sakhi, you acknowledge and agree that the bespoke nature of our jewelry requires these specific terms to maintain the sustainability of our handmade craft.
