Once your order is confirmed and all customization details such as color, size, and design are finalized, your jewelry enters the creation phase. Because each item is meticulously hand-wrapped and embellished, we require a standard processing time of five to seven business days before your package is ready for dispatch. During peak wedding seasons or festive periods, this production window may extend slightly due to the high volume of handcrafted requests, and we appreciate your patience as we ensure every bead and thread is perfectly placed. We believe that quality cannot be rushed, and this time allows us to maintain the high standards that Shringar Sakhi is known for.

After your unique pieces are crafted and undergo a final quality check, they are carefully packaged in secure, damage-resistant boxes to ensure they reach you in pristine condition. We then hand over your parcel to our trusted courier partners. For domestic orders within India, shipping typically takes an additional three to five business days depending on your location, while remote areas may require a few extra days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification containing a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your delivery in real-time. We strive to provide transparent updates at every stage of the journey from our workshop to your doorstep.

It is important for customers to ensure that the shipping address and contact number provided at checkout are accurate and complete. Shringar Sakhi cannot be held responsible for delivery failures or delays caused by incorrect address information, unavailability of the recipient, or local holidays. In cases where a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, a re-shipping fee will be applicable to send the parcel out again. While we take every precaution to ensure timely delivery, we are not liable for unexpected delays caused by courier service disruptions, extreme weather, or other unforeseen external factors.
